When LM moved to New York, BLS visited her in the Summer of 2015. As with most of the incarnations of their relationship so far, it is unclear whether this was work or just time spent. Developing various forms of relation to one another as prerequisites for their work together and separately, precedes the particular desire to be “friends”.  “Silverado”, named after the pick-up truck that LM and BLS drove from New York to Ithaca, (a vehicle acquired by accident that engendered equal parts affection and embarrassment) is a new podcast developed during a short residency at Auto Italia’s project space for Feral Kin. The podcast – with thematic, anecdotal and instinctive motivations – is a platform for LM and BLS to reach out to other people they would like to talk more with, and for those conversations to be shared.
